Bright Eyes VIP Membership Program is designed to simplify your access to routine vision care. It does not replace the need for medical care and enrollment will not cover care needed for medically based chief complaints.

Members agree to pay a one-time annual cost of $169 per adult and $129 for first child and $99 per additional child. Child is defined as under the age of 18 on date benefits begin. Payment is to be made and collected by Bright Eyes Family Vision upon enrollment.

Open enrollment begins on October 1, 2022 and ends on September 30, 2023. This program is active January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023.

• One annual comprehensive eye health exam, including iWellness (Value equal to $199) 

• 25% off annual contact lens evaluation 

• Eyewear discounts:

  • 30% off a complete pair of prescription glasses (frame and lenses) at any time

  • 50% off a second complete pair of prescription glasses (frame and lenses) if purchased within 30 days of the first pair

  • 20% off lenses in your own frame

• 10% discount on all supplements and retail products

• 25% off non-prescription sunglasses
